Administrative Office Support (Part Time Role)

This role requires the candidate to provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, the Access Inc President and Vice President in assisting with work relating to the day to day function of the organisation.

Skills in data base management, Office, excel, excellent communication (written and oral) will be important for this role. We are seeking a person with the ability to give attention to detail, professional work ethic and strong organisational and time management skills.

The Application Process
a)      Submit a cover letter to the Volunteer Coordinator at volunteers@accesssinc.org.au outlining and relevant experience that you may have and your what you hope to gain by working with our organisation
b)      Our Staff will then be in contact with you and will send you the registration form and volunteer handbook
c)       You will be invited to attend an Interview with Volunteer Coordinator
d)      If successful we will match your skills to the role and look forward to welcoming you to the Access team
