This new program was created in response to feedback from both participants and families around the need for participants to learn healthy cooking skills so they can make delicious, fresh meals for themselves at home. 

Each week participants work through a different recipe as well as information on health, nutrition & food handling and take home a meal they have made. 

This program is run at a ratio of 1 team member to 3 participants with up to 6 participants in each session.

We are also taking expressions of interest for 1-to-1 cooking skills courses.

Term 3: 3 July - 4 September 2018
Term 4: 9 October - 11 December 2018

This program does not operate on Jewish or Public Holidays.
