Our new Front of House Skills hospitality course is aimed at complementing the skills gained through Access Bakery and Access Espresso, although it can be undertaken independently of these. The hospitality course will be run as a capacity building course of 12 x 2hr weekly sessions.
1:1 Front of House Skills Course also available on request.
Each session has a minimum ratio of 1 team member to 3 participants.
Term 1: 6 February -17 April 2019
Term 2: 1 May- 26 June 2019
Term 3: 3 July - 25 September 2019
Term 4: 30 October - 18 December 2019
This program does not operate on Jewish or Public Holidays.
